Refund Policy

At LIGTON, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your LIGTON Adjustable Posture Brace ($54.99 — 50% off the regular $109.99), we offer a straightforward refund process outlined below.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

Condition of the Item

To qualify for a refund, the posture brace must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and returned in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or are missing original packaging may be denied.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund Method

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
